1 cup of heavy whipping cream Instructions:
Cut up your chocolate into small pieces
Bring cream to a boil and remove from heat
Pour cream over your small pieces of chocolate
Stir until well incorporated
Put in refrigerator for approx. 1 hour
Use a spoon or scoop of some sort to make small balls of chocolate
Roll in cocoa powder or nuts
