Flax Seed Crackers and Raw Crackers

Flax seed crackers are pretty much low carb crackers and come with a lot of fiber. There are lots of flax seed recipes that combine fresh ingredients and spices to create a great cracker!

Raw crackers help to give your body the nutrition it needs to meet its daily requirements and they can be used in your meals or just eaten as a quick snack.

Flax seeds are very low in carbohydrates, so it's very easy to make a variety of low carb crackers using flax seeds as a base.

Flax seed recipes can include just plain old flax seeds with spices or a more savory or even sweet tasting cracker.
