Savory Flax Seed Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of Whole Flax Seeds
1 cup of Baby Tomatoes
Handful of Fresh Cilantro
1 Small Red Bell Pepper
1 large Garlic Clove
1 to 2 oz. of Shredded Raw Cheese
A few shakes of Red Chili Pepper
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Grind whole flax seeds into a meal and set aside
Blend other ingredients together except cheese
When soupy texture is reached, add in shredded cheese and blend well
Add soupy mixture with flax meal and stir until well blended
Let sit for a few minutes
Spread mixture onto parchment paper, etc. that have been placed on your dehydrator racks
Dehydrate at 105 degress F for up to 24 hours or until crispy (this will depend on how thick you spread your mixture)
Keep in the refrigerator to maintain freshness
There is no end to how many different types of crackers you could create.
