The Real Hunger Game
You mean there's a real hunger game and its not just a movie or a book! You better believe it and every time you play - you lose a point or two.
And if you don't believe that there are people sitting around and planning such a game - I have some Overpriced Facebook Stock and Swamp Land in Florida to sell to you.
This may be the most important newsletter or piece of information I ever write. The culmination of 30+ years of research into the world of nutrition may have finally paid off - and yes, I am very exhausted!
Are You Playing the Hunger Game?Do you take massive amounts of supplements or medication?
Do you eat excessive amounts of sugar or plant foods?
Do you need caffeine or alcohol every day?
Do you eat at fast food places on a regular basis?
Do you get squeamish at the sight of blood? (Vampire Programming)
Do you fear every germ, virus, or parasite that exists? (Fear of Life Programming)
Do you feel that people who eat animal foods are unethical or bad? (Starvation Programming)
If you answered yes to even one of these questions, you are playing the hunger game to a certain degree.
The main point of this game is to make sure you fear the most nourishing foods and also to get you to indulge in some of the most lethal.
Major Players of the Game
The Dark Side of PETAIs it a coincidence that Peta and her partner won this season's Dancing with the Stars - not too long after the movie The Hunger Games made its debut? One of the main characters is also called Peeta - Hmmmmm??
PETA is an American animal rights organization.
Then why would thousands of animal deaths be linked to an organization that supposedly stands for - People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals???
To me they just appear to be a group formed to protect animals, but do quite the opposite. They seem to be hell bent on taking away all animal foods or our right to eat these foods.
If you don't believe me - do some research on this group. They are just part of the real hunger game!!
The Politics of CyanideI couldn't help but notice how many Snow White shows are making a debut this past year or being recycled again. What does that darn apple have to do with anything? Well as far as I can tell - its all about cyanide.
Cyanide is being used against our health, but interestingly enough - cyanide may have also played a key role in the maintaining of our health in the past.
The "LOST" NutrientThis nutrient was first discovered in 1830, but has never been recognized by the FDA. Vitamin B17 aka Amygdalin or Nitrilosides appears to be an anti-Cancer nutrient.
This nutrient can be found in high amounts in certain fruit seeds and grasses.
Vast quantities of B17 have been removed from our Western Diet and replaced with hybridized plants devoid of B17.
This nutrient appears to have been intentionally bred out of our food supply in some cases - such as seedless fruit.
Not to mention that our food technology has also made every effort to process or distill this nutrient out of our food supply as well.
As an example - Centuries ago we used to eat millet and linseed (flax seed) bread that was rich in B17. This was replaced with B17 deficient hybridized wheat products.
Moderate cooking methods will not destroy all of B17, but as usual this nutrient will be higher in raw foods or unprocessed foods.
Oddly, Vitamin B17 seems to be connected with the formation of Vitamin B12. Is that why Anemia seems to be a problem in the good old USA in spite of consuming lots of factory farmed animal foods?
Can Cancer be Linked to a B17 Deficiency?Apparently, the people of the Hunzas consume many times more vitamin B17 than the average American, and they do not seem to suffer from major diseases like Cancer or Heart Disease. Apparently, they consume a lot of apricot seeds.
Also, the salmon berry eaten by traditional Eskimos or the arrowgrass of the arctic tundra that feed the caribou eaten by the Eskimos gave them lots of B17 - is that why they remained relatively disease free?
Native Americans that ate bison or buffalo didn't seem to have the "Cancer Problem" - buffalo ate a lot of grass high in B17.
I wonder if the "Cancer Problem" or Anemia would disappear if we all went back to consuming only grass fed animal foods? Hmmmm.....
Interestingly, the molecule of B17 does contain cyanide. The B17 molecule is made up of 2 units of glucose, 1 unit of benzaldehyde, and 1 unit of cyanide - all tightly locked together or bound.
Cancer cells contain an enzyme (a glucosidase enzyme) in large quantities that have the ability to break this tight bound. When this particular enzyme breaks down the B17 molecule, benzaldehyde along with cyanide will then attack and destroy the cancer cells.
Yes, both cyanide and benzaldehyde are poisons if they appear in the form of free molecules or in other words - not bound within a molecular structure.
Your body also has small amounts of similar enzymes throughout your body that can break this molecular bound.
Foods that Contain B17
Animals fed a B17 rich diet of grasses, etc. will have B17 in their meat and milk.
You will find varying degrees of B17 in many foods, but fruit seeds are known for being a very potent source of B17. Except for citrus seeds which do not seem to contain this nutrient.
Some GuidelinesThe real problem with cyanide appears to be when you ingest too much in the free form or in a way that your body can no longer properly break down cyanide.
Cyanide that is bound or in smaller doses can be changed into thiocyanate (which is relatively harmless & then excreted thru urine) or it can be used to form vitamin B12.
Large doses of cyanide can put a strain on your body as it will need to detoxify or change it to another substance.
Your body has a few ways of dealing with cyanide, but your body will not be able to do so if it is deficient in key nutrients such as zinc, sulfur, B vitamins, magnesium, etc.
Consuming too much sugar will allow cancer cells to thrive while ignoring the B17 molecules that contain the poisons that will destroy them and therefore, your body will have to deal with the cyanide - not the cancer cells.
Chlorination can contribute to cyanide formation in your drinking and bathing water - so please buy a filter!
Free CyanideFermenting, boiling, and ensiling can release free cyanide into your foods - so be careful with these methods. I wonder how much free cyanide is in alcoholic drinks?
Plant foods such as alfalfa sprouts are known to contain high amounts of cyanide. A sprouting seed produces a lot more free cyanide because of the enzyme process.
Taking high strength probiotics may also increase the amount of free hydrogen or free cyanide in your body.
Be aware that vitamin b12 supplements most likely will contain cyanide and taking lots of vitamin C is known to increase the conversion of B17 to cyanide.
One of the greatest threats for free cyanide poisoning is from smoke inhalation. This would include cigarette smoke and if you like to indulge in recreational drugs like cannabis - up to 5 times more cyanide than tobacco smoke.
Also, free cyanide will be found in many drugs, insecticides, and pesticides. Cyanide is also used in the manufacturing of synthetic fibers and plastic.
Free Cyanide in Distilled Water?I have never really like distilled water, but never really knew why - till now!
BTW - this has bothered me for years as so many claim it is the only safe water to drink - oh really?
It appears that distilled water is not distilled water at all, but de-ionized water. De-ionized water has had its minerals removed.
The whole theory that any contaminant that was in the original water - will not vaporize or become part of the steam - but will remain behind as residue - may be just that - a theory.
It appears that this theory may not hold true for volatile organic compounds like cyanide. If you remove the minerals from water - doesn't that just set something like cyanide free?
Is that why this water has always left such a bad taste in my mouth?
Does the Vegan Diet contribute to Cyanide Poisoning?Now I want to make it clear that I appreciate the vegan community for shining a light on certain foods which probably would not have made a comeback without such a movement, but that is where this movement ends for me.
Under certain circumstances, cyanide can become a risk to those people who have a defective liver or defective cells. Some symptoms of cyanide poisoning are....confusion, loss of consciousness, weakness, nausea, seizure and cardiac arrest.
If you have normal healthy cells, an enzyme called rhodenase can actually render cyanide completely harmless. Rhodenase will then convert it to thiocyanate which also helps your body regulate blood pressure.
Question is - Does the Vegan diet raw or otherwise give you enough nutrition or sulfur containing amino acids which is needed in the process stated above to adequately help you detoxify from cyanide?
And is that why so many vegans especially raw vegans get really sick eventually?
Anything that depletes your body stores of cysteine (a sulfur amino acid) or if you do not replenish the supply of this important amino acid - will decrease your ability to effectively deal with cyanide.
I also wonder if its just a coincidence that more and more vegans are jumping of the Vegan Ship at around the same time bankers are jumping off their sinking ship.
Who was or is really behind this movement?
I applaud people like Daniel Vitalis (former Vegan Leader) - who unknowingly got caught up in the game and then decided to stop playing - which makes him a winner.
Mahatma Ghandhi & Companions Fail as VegansApparently, Gandhi and his companions were unable to live on a vegan diet. Ghandhi gave this way of life a try and finally declared vegan claims - fraudulent.
In 1946, he declared: "The cores of India today get neither milk nor ghee nor butter, nor even buttermilk. No wonder that mortality figures are on the increase and there is a lack of energy in the people. It would appear as if man is really unable to sustain life without either meat or milk and milk products. Anyone who deceives people in this regard or countenances the fraud is an enemy of India."
And while I'm on the subject of Great Spiritual Leaders - I'm almost 100% sure that Jesus would have agreed with that statement.
Becoming Iron DeficientOne of the most important toxic effects of free cyanide is inhibiting metal-containing enzymes. When you have iron poor blood, your cell respiration ceases and this can lead to cell mortality.
Vitamin B12 helps to remove free cyanide from your body and is attracted to cyanide - B12 and Iron are usually abundant in raw animal foods.
The Real Snake OilCanola oil can wreck havoc on your well-being and do quite a lot of damage to your health.
It is one of the latest oils to join "the game". I guess soy oil wasn't doing enough damage - which it does every time you put this heinous oil into your body.
Most mayonnaise is made from soy oil - by the way!
Canola oil is a genetically modified oil that comes from the rapeseed plant and is very very toxic!
This seed can poison you just like rattlesnake venom because it is rich in glycosides which interfere with your biochemistry.
If you use this oil to cook with, I wouldn't inhale - as big time carcinogens will be released into the air.
Both canola and soy oil will act as inhibitors of your metabolic enzymes.
The next time you eat out - ask what kind of oil they are using to cook with and put in their salad dressings. You may be Shocked!!
The Cyanide DetonatorsIf you are eating an excessive amount of plant foods rich in cyanide that you are using as your main source of protein along with eating plant foods that contain lots of glucosides or glycosides which are capable of unlocking cyanide - you will most likely have a problem.
The Brassica Family and The Mustard Family contain glycosides.
This would include broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, kale, rutabaga, turnips, cabbage, mustard seed, watercress, radishes, horse radish, and the rapeseed.
Bitter Cassava root also contains glycosides and in countries such as Africa that consume a lot of this high in cyanide plant - poisoning is fairly common.
Glucosides or glycosides can contribute to more cyanide being released into your body and are capable of creating cyanide poisoning.
Unfermented soy products are not recommended because they have the ability to prevent your body from absorbing important minerals and important amino acids.
Unfermented soy is also rich in glycosides!!
These substances appear to be able to release both benzaldehyde and cyanide from the B17 molecular structure. This brings a whole new meaning to - You better eat your veggies or you'll get sick??
So do You Still Want to Play?The Real Hunger Game will be making its debut at your nearest Walmart - look for it in the game board section - lol.
All kidding aside, I think that achieving good health is more about "Balance".
Learning to take the best from the plant kingdom and the best from the animal kingdom - then eating these foods in the most nutrient dense ways possible - is probably what will lead you to your best health and happiness.
