Healthy Food Lover's Newsletter, Issue #12 -- Are You Missing the X-Factor?
February 15, 2013
Hello Healthy Food Lovers,

Are You Missing the X-Factor?

No, not the popular t.v. show. This is a phenomenon that a fellow by the name of Weston A. Price discovered decades ago during his studies with indigenous cultures.

This phenomenon is called the X-factor and was present in the diets of all healthy populations that Weston A. Price studied - it is also something that appears to be missing from our Western Diet.

Mr. Price actually learned how to reverse common health issues such as dental cavities (something dentists swear is not possible) by employing the X-factor.

The X-factor highlights a fat soluble vitamin often referred to as Activator X and lately it's being called vitamin K2.

Vitamin K2 is involved with calcium distribution that not only affects your teeth to help keep them cavity free - it also helps to keep one of the most important glands in your body free of calcification.

Activator X or Vitamin K2 plays a huge role in the X-factor. However, the X-factor seems to encompass a few fat soluble vitamins that work in harmony to create what Mr. Price witnessed.

The X-Factor

The X-factor plays a key role in the proper growth & development of children, reduces chronic inflammation, supports endocrine function, reduces heart disease, and correctly distributes calcium - which also prevents calcium deposits in soft tissues.

Decades ago, Weston A. Price discovered a fat soluble vitamin that he called Activator X which is now believed to be Vitamin K2. Its function is synergistic with fat soluble vitamins A and D.

The remarkable synergy between these three vitamins is what mirrors the phenomenon that Weston A. Price observed and is the actual X-factor.

The combination of these fat soluble vitamins is very very important for proper mineral absorption and mineral metabolism.

These three vitamins are directly responsible for creating strong bones, strong & straight teeth, good body proportions and even a straight nose.

Most modern people are very deficient in the X-factor which can be attributed to the enormous need for braces in our society these days.

Vitamins A and D contribute to the mineralization process by stimulating growth factors and proteins that promote the absorption of minerals such as calcium, but it is vitamin K2 that will actually activate this process.

In other words, as vitamin D helps you to absorb bone building minerals like calcium - it will be Vitamin K2 or Activator X that directs where this calcium will go.

Anorexia, growth retardation and soft tissue calcification have been found in animals fed toxic doses of vitamin D with a deficiency in vitamin K - is an example of this relationship.

You can find all three of these fat soluble vitamins in pastured eggs, grass fed milk and grass fed butter.

Eat Your Butter!

High quality grass fed butter has the following properties - it is one of the best sources of Activator X or Vitamin K2. It is also a great source of vitamins A, D and even vitamin E.

Weston A. Price found great variations in the amount of vitamin K2 among butters from various sources.

Animals grazing on grass will accumulate vitamin K2 in their bodies in direct proportion to the amount of vitamin K1 in their diet as cows do have the ability to transform K1 into K2 - humans not so much.

It appears that butter from cows grazing on rapidly growing vitamin K1 rich cereal grasses - yielded the highest amount of this nutrient - especially from wheat grass and alfalfa.

It's important to note that vitamin K2 will not be high in butter from cows fed grains and raised in factory farms.

Also, the soil of pastures does appear to strongly influence the amount of this vitamin and butter from cows that are pasture-raised will ALSO have higher amounts of vitamins A and D.

Vitamin K2 is susceptible to oxidation and will be lost in butter within a few months - so fresh is always best.

Vitamin K2 Rich Foods

  • Grass Fed Butter
  • Grass Fed Meats/Organ Meats
  • Grass Fed Milk
  • Foie Gras or Fatty Goose Liver
  • Hard Cheeses (Gouda)
  • Soft Cheeses (Brie)
  • Curd Cheese
  • Bone Marrow
  • Free Range/Pastured Eggs
  • Salami
  • Fish Eggs or Caviar
  • Natto
  • Sauerkraut

It's important to note that vitamin K1 (form found in plant foods) and vitamin K2 although related in some way, appear to be two very different vitamins - they are not interchangeable!

It also appears that vitamin K2 may be much more abundant in raw animal foods, but may not be totally destroyed by the cooking process - although how much will be left is debatable.

In general, lean muscle meat is a poor source of vitamin K2 and it will be higher in fatty cuts of meat as well as in organ meats.

K2 is also more abundant in the butterfat of milk and in egg yolks - say goodbye to skim milk and egg white omelets - lol.

Vitamin K2 is also produced in certain types of fermented or cultured foods in the form of MK-7 - which sounds like a black ops program.

BTW - you will not find vitamin K2 (MK-4 form) in confined animals or fish fed cotton seed meal or soy-based feed.

Symptoms of Vitamin K Deficiency

  • Nosebleeds
  • Blood in Urine
  • Gastrointestinal Bleeding
  • Bruising
  • Anemia
  • Fractures
  • Heavy Menstrual Bleeding
  • Digestive Problems
  • Calcification of Soft Tissues

Vitamin K appears in two main forms - vitamin K1 and vitamin K2. Studies indicate that they are not interchangeable.

Both forms of vitamin K appear to have blood clotting abilities. However, vitamin K2 is far superior in building bones and strong teeth.

Vitamin K1 comes primarily from dark leafy greens and vitamin K2 from above mentioned foods - it can also be produced by certain bacteria living in your digestive tract.

However, the conversion of vitamin K1 to vitamin K2 in your digestive tract is kind of unknown or rather iffy - as you do not have the digestive system of a cow.

What Inhibits Vitamin K2?

Drugs like Warfarin or Coumadin as well as Aspirin will block both forms of vitamin K. Even taking too high a dose of vitamin E (for example) can prevent the absorption of this vitamin.

And taking medication like antibiotics will kill off the bacteria that is needed to make vitamin K2 in your body. A diet high in sugar that encourages yeast growth will likely crowd out this bacteria as well.

Eating foods that contain trans fats will also be problematic and block the absorption of vitamin K.

Also, diets that are high in salicylates will block both vitamin K1 and K2.

Here is a quick list of some of the foods and drinks highest in this vitamin K inhibitor:

  • Most Apples
  • Red Grapes
  • All Dried Fruit
  • Apricots
  • Berries
  • Oranges
  • Artichokes
  • Broccoli
  • Cucumber
  • Eggplant
  • Canned Tomato Products
  • Zucchini
  • Almonds
  • Macadamia Nuts
  • Pine Nuts
  • Olive Oil
  • Honey
  • Most Spices
  • Most Tea
  • Coffee
  • Wines
  • Rum
  • Champagne

Supplements High in the X-Factor

Weston A. Price used a combination of cod liver oil (high in vitamins A & D) along with butter oil (high in vitamin K2) to heal cavities and cure other numerous afflictions in his patients.

You can buy these two supplements (online usually) or buy the newest supplement on the block that was finally released to the public - which is Fermented Skate Liver Oil.

Fermented skate liver oil is abundant in vitamins A, D, K1, K2, and E - to name just some of its amazing properties.

Fermented skate liver oil is made from the Ratfish which is a strange looking carnivorous bottom feeder that seems to prefer colder waters.

The Ratfish has a liver that takes up about 60% of its body weight and it contains a high amount of oil that does not go rancid.

This fish does seem to share some common characteristics with sharks and it has also been around for a very long time.

It has been said that just 1 drop of this oil a day will be sufficient for the prevention of tooth decay.

It also appears to have the ability to decalcify blood vessels, organs, and glands - particularly your pineal gland.

Inside Information about the X-factor and Fermented Skate Liver Oil

The Seat of Your Soul

The Pineal is known as the gland that anchors your soul to your body and is heavily associated with enlightenment. It is also known as your third eye.

The interior walls of your pineal are made of rods and cones that are similar to those that are in the retina of your outer eyes.

Your pineal is a small pine-cone-shaped gland that sits inside a cave like structure and is part of your endocrine (hormone) system. It is located deep in the middle of your brain where the two halves meet.

One of the biggest problems facing our Western Society is the calcification of this gland. Just as a reminder vitamin K2 helps to prevent calcification of soft tissues like your pineal.

This gland has been calcified with our heavy reliance on processed & factory farmed foods that are deficient in many important vitamins and minerals.

These also take a Big Toll on your Pineal:

  • Fluoride in Water, Toothpaste, etc. (heavily involved with calcification of this gland)
  • Unusual Sleeping Patterns (working grave yard shifts, etc.)
  • Nightshade Plants such as Potatoes, Tomatoes, Peppers, etc. (produces toxic form of vitamin D)
  • Low Frequency Electromagnetic Fields - radios, t.v., etc.
  • Microwave Emitting Devices - cell phones, WIFI, cordless phones, cell towers, microwave ovens, etc.
  • The Western Lifestyle - white sugar, white flour, trans fats, GMO foods, pesticides, herbicides, artificial sweeteners, MSG, alcohol, smoking, toxic personal care products, etc.
  • Emotional and Physical Trauma - abusive relationships or institutions
  • Vaccinations (may contain Mercury and other toxic fillers - it's like a box of chocolates - you never know what your going to get!!!)

Your pineal produces several very important hormone like substances - one of the major hormones produced is Melatonin.

Melatonin is known for influencing your sleep-wake cycle as well as your sexual development. Melatonin may also have powerful free radical scavenger and anti-aging properties.

Melatonin levels are much higher in children under the age of 7, less will be found in adolescents, and even less in adults.

When your pineal gland starts to calcify, you will have a drop in melatonin. Changes in melatonin secretion are linked to psychological stress and depression which will then affect your immune system.

Low levels of melatonin can be linked to health issues such as cancer and sexual dysfunction. One of the things you can do to help your body produce more melatonin is by consuming foods that make Serotonin which will then be turned into Melatonin by your pineal gland.

Serotonin - The Love Chemical

Serotonin is one of the most well known neurotransmitters and is love's most important chemical. It is made from an amino acid called tryptophan.

Foods High in Tryptophan:

  • Animal Protein: Turkey, Chicken, Beef, and Egg Whites
  • Dairy Foods: Cheddar Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Yogurt, and Milk
  • Seafood: Cod, Tuna, Halibut, Salmon, and Mackerel
  • Seeds: Sesame, Sunflower, Flax Seeds, and Pumpkin Seeds
  • Nuts: Pistachio, Walnuts, and Almonds
  • Fruit: Bananas, Jackfruit, and Winter Squash
  • Vegetables: Spinach and Most Potatoes
  • Legumes: Soybeans, Peanuts, Cashews, Lentils, and Beans
  • Grains: Wheat, Oats, Barley, and Brown Rice

Low tryptophan levels will lead to low levels of serotonin production and this could lead to health problems such as depression, insomnia, and weight gain.

Other amino acids such as tyrosine (makes dopamine), isoleucine, and leucine compete with tryptophan which could also lead to low tryptophan levels.

As a tip: Moderate consumption of carbohydrates can help clear the way for tryptophan by eliminating competing amino acids. However, excessive consumption of carbs and a low protein diet will be detrimental to your neurotransmitters in the long run.

The Holy Grail?

The Holy Grail in essence is a symbol of a mystical union with God and is usually depicted by a Golden Cup that has mystical properties.

We appear to have a Cup Shaped Resonance Center between our Pineal and Pituitary glands - this center is your Holy Grail.

When stimulated by Sound aka Frequency or practices such as Sungazing (please know what your doing here) various psychoactive secretions are produced filling this grail.

Ambrosia, Nectar of the Gods, and Living Water are just a few of names that are associated with this fluid and it brings new meaning to the phrase - "My Cup Runneth Over".

When this literally happens, you will experience a sweet tasting sensation that is similar to nectar down the back of your throat - this is also spiritually intoxicating.

This fluid may be the most powerful and highest source of ethereal energy and it has also been referred to as "The Elixir of Immortality".

You are a Stargate!

Your pineal may actually be part of some sort of hyper-dimensional doorway to a higher consciousness.

And I keep seeing a direct correlation with the inner chamber of the Great Pyramid - which also appears to be a hyper-dimensional doorway.

The Great Pyramid is not a burial chamber as some claim, but is a supernatural source of energy that also has great healing abilities - aka "Pyramid Power".

You see there are micro-crystals in your pineal gland that appear to be hexagonal in shape - called Calcite.

The Great Pyramid is made from limestone which consists mainly of calcite - coincidence?

These crystals appear to be some sort of tuning device - as in tuning into various radio stations as an example. In other words, your pineal gland may be a receiver and transmitter for communication into the higher realms.

DMT - The Spirit Molecule

One of the advantages of decalcifying your pineal gland - is so that it can make its own DMT.

DMT is a natural substance that the human body can make. This natural form of DMT is structurally similar to psychedelic drugs like LSD and Ayahuasca.

Because DMT is a natural psychedelic it is capable of opening the door to other worlds and giving you mystical experiences.

DMT is heavily connected to dreaming and likely the reason you are able to dream. It is also connected to out-of-body and near-death experiences.

Have you ever wondered why young children seem to be more "connected" than adults? It's because their pineal gland is still pure and functioning.

Sleeping as well as certain sounds, meditation, and sungazing can stimulate the production of this psychoactive substance in your pineal gland.

Also, DMT is structurally similar to melatonin and the precursor to both molecules - is Serotonin or the love chemical.

When your pineal gland starts to calcify, you will have a drop in melatonin as well as DMT.

Next to soda, coffee is one of the most popular drinks people consume on a regular basis. Both of these beverages can cause great damage to your pineal gland.

The X-Factor in the Sky

There is an X-factor in the sky that has some how eluded mankind for centuries - or longer. I do believe the Ancients understood this X-factor, but this is all being hidden at the moment.

There seems to be a very mysterious object or objects in the sky that are part of our solar system (on occasion).

This X-factor may have a Hot-fiery Sun and 7 moons or planets - it also appears to be getting closer.

Proof that the X-factor in the Sky Exists

This X-factor in the sky seems to have played a huge role in our past and in our "real history". There also seems to be a lot of destruction and fear that is often associated with it.

Are we experiencing more frequent earthquakes, floods, weird weather, "Global Warming", etc. because of this X-factor in the sky?

If it is true that our Pineal contains Crystals that are electric in nature and that Solar Flares or the Sun can have a great impact on this gland as well as our DMT production.

Can you imagine what will happen when there are Two Suns affecting this gland?!?!

Will this X-factor in the sky play a "Big" part in our "Awakening"? Only time will tell and until then......

Be The Pyramid,

Kathryn
