Some Tips

Make your salads using arugula instead of ordinary lettuce and add some avocado along with basil.

Think about making the most delicious desserts with good quality chocolate and spice it up with some real vanilla bean.

Try some oysters as they are great libido foods.  You can lightly steam them to get more or less the same effect as raw oysters. And make a great hot sauce with chillies - you will be feeling just fine!

To decrease libido in say your hormonal teenagers, just give them lots of anaphrodisiac foods. Stock up on corn flakes and graham crackers - Just kidding!!

I can see some parents running to the nearest grocery store right now - lol.

Seriously, I think that eating a lot of improperly prepared grains especially grains that have a high amount of anti-nutrients such as wheat (rice not so much) can really have a negative affect on our libido.

Also, consuming factory farmed animal foods which have been subjected to many unsustainable farming practices will lead to hormonal problems for those who consume these foods - switch to sustainable farming practices instead.

We all need to change some of our food habits, and a good start is looking for better libido foods at your local "sustainable" farmer's markets.
