Raw Chocolate Recipes and
Raw Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe

Raw chocolate recipes can include recipes for chocolate cake and even a recipe for chocolate mousse.

A raw vegan chocolate cake recipe can be just as decadent as any luscious chocolate cake that you have eaten in a fancy restaurant or on a special occasion.

You just have to adjust a few ingredients and have the right tools and tips to make raw desserts.

A recipe for chocolate mousse can be made with antioxidant rich ingredients such as raw cacao powder or even raw chocolate nibs.

A Raw Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe

I like the variety of ingredients in this raw cake and it does look delicious!

A Recipe for Chocolate Mousse Tart

Part 1 (Crust)

This is probably the best technique I've seen so far when it comes to making a nut crust - just Beautiful!

Part 2 (Chocolate Mousse)

Interesting Options:

As far as I know, Agave is not really raw and is a very processed sweetener. There may be some authentic raw Agave Nectar produced, so really investigate this sweetener before using with your raw desserts.

Other options for sweeteners are light raw honey or yacon syrup.

You could also try other nuts for making your crusts such as the buttery tasting macadamia nut or pecans.

You could also replace the avocado with grass-fed raw cream to make a more traditional type of chocolate mousse.
