Oneness Raw Diet Recipes
and Live Raw Food

The oneness raw diet recipes features live raw foods from the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom, and from the sea.

It also features delicious raw diet recipes and a well balanced raw food menu.

It's time for a change in the raw food world. The raw vegan diet and the primal diet are powerful diets, but both seem to be a little too extreme for most people.

The most informed people know that live raw food gives your body the best nutrition because of the life giving enzymes and valuable nutrients that are lost when foods are cooked for too long.

Therefore, it only makes sense to eat as many live raw foods as possible. It also makes sense to create a raw food menu that most people could enjoy.

Introducing the Oneness Raw Diet!

I think that it's time for a new raw diet paradigm and it needs to have certain criteria to be more balanced.

Oneness Raw Diet Recipes should be "Food for the Soul" and Mineral Rich

Strive for at least 70% raw on this raw food diet. The other 30% can include cooked rice for sushi, slightly steamed foods, or whatever else adds enjoyment to this raw food diet.

You Decide What is Best for You

It is basically up to you on how much plant, animal, or seafood you feel is best for you to eat.

It is also up to you on how much carbohydrates, protein, and fats you feel you need every day.

Eat whatever makes you feel comfortable and in a way that makes you feel comfortable.

Lightly steaming or lightly cooking certain foods is acceptable with the Oneness Raw Diet Recipes.

It has been my experience that a low glycemic diet may be best for aging and energy production. Not to mention controlling hunger and your blood sugar level.

However, you are in charge of what you decide to eat, just keep in mind that these raw diet recipes were created to keep more of a balance or "Oneness".

Tools for the Oneness Raw Diet Recipes

A food processor and/or a good blender is a must for some of the recipes on the Oneness Raw Food Menu.

And in my opinion the Green Star Juicer is one of the best all around juicers.

Not only will you be able to make great quality juice, but you will also be able to make raw coconut cream with this machine.

Raw Food Disclaimer

Raw foods come with properties that are generally missing from cooked foods such as enzymes, glutathione, and EZ water.

However, you will still need to follow dietary principles that are necessary for your particular health needs.

For example:  If you have a problem with sugar, eating raw sugar isn't necessarily going to help you.

And if you are suffering from mineral deficiencies, eating a lot of fiber or oxalic acid may block the absorption of certain minerals.

Balance is key and you must always keep this in mind when it comes to your health.

Of course, choose the best quality raw foods for your raw diet recipes such as grass fed animal foods, wild caught seafood, and organic produce.

And if you have a compromised digestive tract, you could start with good quality raw eggs and raw dairy (until you get stronger) before trying raw meats and raw seafood.

Or go on a GAPS type of diet to heal your digestive tract and slowly introduce raw foods into your diet.

Also having an ice cream machine, yogurt maker, and a fermenting crock will enable you to make your own live raw food versions.

These are just some of the fun tools that I recommend for this raw food diet. It makes it a lot easier and you can be a lot more creative when you have the right tools.
