Oneness Raw Diet Recipes
and Live Raw Food

Oneness Raw Diet Recipes include both plant and animal foods which make this Raw Food Menu unique. Would you like to learn about a new and great tasting Raw Food Diet?

It's time for a change in the raw food world. The raw vegan diet and the primal diet are powerful diets, but both seem to be too extreme for most people.

Most people know that live raw food gives your body the best nutrition because of the life giving enzymes and valuable nutrients that are lost when foods are cooked for too long.

Therefore, it only makes sense to eat as many life giving foods as possible!

Introducing the Oneness Raw Diet!

This diet came to me shortly after my encounter with some very powerful spiritual people like David Wilcock, so take this for what it may be worth.

I think that it's time for a new raw diet paradigm and it needs to have certain criteria to be more balanced:

You Decide What is Best for You

It is basically up to you on how many plant or animal foods you feel is best for your body. It is also up to you on how many carbohydrates, protein and fats you feel you need everyday.

Eat whatever makes you feel comfortable and in a way that makes you feel comfortable. Lightly steaming or lightly cooking certain foods is acceptable with the Oneness Raw Diet Recipes.

It has been my experience that a low glycemic diet may be best for aging and energy production. Not to mention controlling hunger and your blood sugar level.

If you choose to eat a higher carbohydrate diet, you will have to be aware that too many carbs with too much fat is a bad combo for your metabolism that will eventually lead to being overweight.

However, you are in charge of what you decide to eat, just keep in mind that these raw diet recipes were created to keep more of a balance or "Oneness".

Tools for the Oneness Raw Diet Recipes

A food processor and/or a good blender is a must for some of these recipes along with a good dehydrator such as the Excalibur - I prefer a rectangular design over a round dehydrator design any day.

Also having an ice cream machine, yogurt maker, and a fermenting crock will enable you to make your own raw versions of these foods with ease.

In my opinion the Greenstar Juicer is the Best. Not only will you be able to make great quality juice, but you will also be able to make nut butters as well as raw coconut cream with this machine.

These are some of the main tools I recommend for this raw food diet. It just makes it a lot easier and you can be a lot more creative when you have the right tools.
