Vegan Noodle Recipes

There are so many different types of noodles to choose from these days.

You can choose from sprouted noodles, spelt noodles, quinoa noodles, rice noodles and buckwheat or soba noodles.

You can even make your own noodles from zucchini and other types of squash. All you need is a relatively inexpensive kitchen gadget to make these noodles.

Vegan Tempeh Recipes

Tempeh is a fermented food and is used as a meat substitute. It is usually a combination of soybeans and grains such as wheat.

You'll want to make sure your tempeh is made from organic soy or I wouldn't bother eating tempeh as there would be too many toxic chemicals in inorganic soy.

To make tempeh more palatable, you may want to steam it for 10 to 20 minutes before marinating, stir-frying, baking, or grilling.

Tempeh can also be used as a meat substitute in Vegan Entrees such as stews, casseroles, and chillies.
