100 grams of Soaked Organic Raw Almonds
80 grams of Ripe Organic Banana
30 grams of Pitted Organic Dates
15 grams of Whole Organic Flax Seeds
15 grams of Filtered Water
15 grams of Organic Shredded Coconut (Unsweetened)
1/2 tsp. of Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
1 tsp. of Organic Vanilla
Pinch of Sea Salt
Soak whole flax seeds with filtered water for a few minutes or up to a couple hours.
Blend soaked almonds, pitted dates, shredded coconut, peeled banana, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt in a food processor until doughy consistency is reached.
Mix in soaked flax seeds and scoop cookies onto a meshed dehydrator tray.
Dehydrate cookies for 24 hours at 113 degrees F.
