Chocolate No Bake Cookie Recipe
and Raw Cookies

A chocolate no bake cookie recipe does not have to be baked in an oven before you eat these cookies. 

And this type of cookie can offer you more nutrition as well. 

Raw cookies can be made by using flax seeds and nuts instead of using the over-processed white flour that's found in most cookie recipes.

A dehydrator can also be used to replace your oven to make your chocolate no bake cookie recipe or raw cookies. 

This way they'll have a more crunchy texture, but still remain "raw".

Chocolate No Bake Cookie Recipe


  • 1 cup of Organic Shredded Coconut (Unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup Cold-Pressed Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. of Cocoa Powder or Raw Cacao Powder
  • 3 Tbsp. of Maple Syrup or Raw Organic Honey
  • 1/2 tsp. of Organic Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. of Ground Organic Flax Seeds


  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients together.
  2. Form into balls and then put into the freezer to harden.
  3. Sprinkle macaroons with shredded coconut flakes.

Raw Cookies Recipe


  • 100 grams of Soaked Organic Raw Almonds 
  • Or choose a lower in oxalate nut like Pecan, Walnut, Pistachio, or Macadamia Nut
  • 80 grams of Ripe Organic Banana
  • 30 grams of Pitted Organic Dates
  • 15 grams of Whole Organic Flax Seeds
  • 15 grams of Filtered Water
  • 15 grams of Organic Shredded Coconut (Unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp. of Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. of Organic Vanilla
  • Pinch of Sea Salt


  1. Soak whole flax seeds with filtered water for a few minutes or up to a couple hours.
  2. Blend soaked almonds, pitted dates, shredded coconut, peeled banana, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt in a food processor until doughy consistency is reached.
  3. Mix in soaked flax seeds and scoop cookies onto a meshed dehydrator tray.
  4. Dehydrate cookies for 24 hours at 113 degrees F.

Ingredients for Raw Cookies

As you can see, the ingredients for raw cookies is a bit different than the usual baking ingredients. 

And they will resemble an energy ball more than a cookie!

You can try using different types of soaked nuts to grind into a "flour" to replace the conventional baking flours.  

And using soaked flax seeds as a binder to help hold the shape of your cookies together is a great idea.

Also, play around with different types of dried fruit like cranberries and roll your chocolate no bake cookie recipes in ground pistachios for added color.

There are a few different types of raw sweeteners that you could play around with to replace conventional baking sugars such as raw coconut nectar and raw honey.

Once you learn new techniques on how to make raw cookies using raw ingredients and other tools such as a dehydrator, you will be able to create wonderful raw cookies (or energy balls) to enjoy a healthier you.
