This gluten free food list is for people who have a gluten intolerance or Celiac Disease or for anyone who wants to avoid gluten foods.

Just to be clear, a gluten free list does not include any wheat products or foods that may contain gluten.

It gets very confusing because gluten foods not only include the grains that contain gluten, but the gluten food additives that are found in many of the pre-packaged foods.

Ideally, you should avoid gluten foods and avoid depleting your enzyme stores.  And raw foods usually come with lots of enzymes.
