La La Land

La la land is defined as a state of mind characterized by not really knowing what is going on.

To me la la land is a cognitive dissonance between the beliefs that resonate with you and the beliefs that the "fake news" tries to mind control you with every day.

This "fear porn" which is an octopus with many tentacles - has lead to intense paranoia around subjects that otherwise would have been looked at as a good thing.

Fear has actually overtaken sex as the main tool to get people to abandon all common sense. And unfortunately, fear is also being used to get people to stay on the "Wheel of Karma".

This constant bombardment activates your fight-or-flight response which will eventually work against your emotional and spiritual evolvement.

Fight-or-Flight Response

  • A Sequence of Nerve Cell Firing Occurs
  • Stress Hormones like Adrenaline and Cortisol are Released into Your Bloodstream
  • Sugar is Released into Your Bloodstream
  • Your Respiratory Rate Increases
  • Blood is Taken Away from Your Digestive Tract and Directed Instead to Your Muscles and Limbs because You May Need to Run as Well as Fight
  • Your Pupils Dilate
  • Your Awareness Intensifies and Your Sight Sharpens
  • Your Impulses Quicken and Your Perception of Pain Diminishes
  • Your Immune System Kicks in With Increased Activation
  • You Start to Scan Your Environment Looking for Your Enemy

This state of mind causes you to perceive almost everything as a possible threat and you may overreact to the slightest "noise".

Fear becomes the lens through which you will see the world. And it will almost be impossible to cultivate positive thoughts and beliefs when you are stuck in this type of "survival mode".

Also, your heart is not open and your rational mind is disengaged as your consciousness is focused on fear instead of love.

Making clear choices and recognizing the consequences of those choices becomes clouded. Your life will then go from crisis to crisis and adrenal burnout will become inevitable.

Your Workhorse - Adrenal Glands

You have two adrenal glands that are pyramid-shaped and they sit right above your kidneys. They are part of your Endocrine system.

Your adrenal glands are composed of two parts - the Cortex or outer part and the Medulla or center part. And each part is responsible for producing different types of hormones.

Your adrenal glands are usually associated with producing stress hormones, but that's really not suppose to be their main job.

And if you are constantly stressing out your adrenal glands - they will have very little time for anything else.

You see your adrenal glands are part of your root chakra and they form the energetic support or foundation for your psychic or spiritual energy.

Your adrenal glands also produce hormones that balance your blood sugar, metabolize your food, balance blood pressure, balance sodium/potassium ratio, make sex hormones, and the anti-aging hormone DHEA.

When your body has to produce too much of the stress hormones because your under emotional or physical stress, eventually they will run out and other hormones like progesterone will have to be used to make more stress hormones like cortisol.

Basically, adrenal gland disorders are of two types - either too much or too little of certain hormones are produced which then leads to hormonal imbalances.

For example, overactive adrenal glands usually produce too much cortisol and other adrenal hormones like adrenaline. And because cortisol plays a role in elevating blood sugar, this can lead (over time) to insulin resistance and Metabolic Syndrome X.

On the other hand, underactive adrenal glands will produce inadequate amounts of hormones especially cortisol which can than lead to hypoglycemia or low blood sugar.

In a normal healthy body, the release of cortisol is to help free glucose to maintain the functions of your brain, organs, and cells when your blood sugar level goes down between your meals or overnight when you are sleeping.

But when you are not healthy, your blood sugar will either be too low or too high.

Normally, your cortisol levels are highest at about 8:00 am and will be lowest during the night especially at bed time.

Are You too Blissed-Out?

Your body maintains a balance between serotonin and cortisol.

Serotonin is a natural tranquillizer and pain reliever. Serotonin will have a relaxing, calming, and anti-anxiety effect.

However, higher levels of serotonin will actually increase cortisol levels.

On top of that, high levels of serotonin will not decrease anxiety as previously assumed, but will actually become a very negative experience.

Symptoms of High Serotonin:

  • Severe Depression
  • Severe Anxiety
  • Shock & Unconsciousness
  • Hypomania & Mania
  • Obsessive Compulsive Behavior
  • Weight Gain (especially in the face or mid-section)
  • Allergies
  • Nasal Congestion
  • Insomnia
  • Restlessness (can't sit still)
  • Brown Patches on Skin
  • Hair Loss
  • Acne & Other Skin Problems
  • Apathy
  • Impaired Intellectual Functioning
  • Difficulty Learning
  • Poor Memory & Amnesia
  • Procrastination
  • Sexual Dysfunction
  • Hearing Loss
  • Altered Sense of Smell or a Strange Smell in Your Nose
  • Dilated Pupils
  • Dizziness
  • Diarrhea & Vomiting
  • Clumsiness
  • Muscle Spasms or Twitching Muscles
  • Rapid Heartbeat
  • Headache
  • Shivering & Goose Bumps
  • Heavy Sweating
  • Hot & Cold Flashes

It should be noted that a low calorie diet or a diet too low in carbohydrates can disrupt your adrenal glands by increasing cortisol production and decreasing serotonin.

On the flip side, it's widely known that a diet high in carbohydrates or sugar will create too much serotonin as well as cortisol.

The precursor to serotonin is an amino acid called tryptophan. And tryptophan requires that you to consume carbohydrates.

In other words, in order to properly synthesize serotonin, tryptophan needs a sufficient amount of carbohydrates. Carbs are what gives tryptophan the edge over the other amino acids - which it has to compete with for absorption.

  • The catch-22 of malnutrition (especially of protein) is that it produces an inflammatory state in your body and this will also create serotonin dominance or high serotonin.
High amounts of serotonin can also be produced from anti-depressants, sleeping pills, mixing drugs, and supplements that influence serotonin production.

Once this condition has been acknowledged, a high serotonin level can be reduced by re-thinking the use of supplements, drugs, and foods as well as carbohydrates that increase serotonin in your body.

Too much serotonin will not only stimulate the production of stress hormones like cortisol, but it will also stimulate estrogen production.

The Estrogen Dominance Link

When your estrogen levels go up, so does serotonin and vice versa.

On top of that, estrogen makes tryptophan (the precursor to serotonin) more available to your brain.

Estrogen also increases the efficiency of serotonin receptors which makes more serotonin available in your body.

Over time this turns into a very common condition called Estrogen Dominance.

Another reason for estrogen dominance is the lack of progesterone (another sex hormone) which is needed to balance off your estrogen.

  • When you are under a lot of stress and your adrenal glands are producing a lot of cortisol - this can deplete your progesterone levels.
  • Because progesterone will be used to make cortisol which will make you progesterone deficient and estrogen dominant - over time.

Also, a another reason for low progesterone levels is a female who has an irregular menstrual cycle where she does not ovulate - which is what produces more progesterone.

And just like with too much serotonin, too much estrogen will create many health challenges in your body.

  • Excessive tryptophan and estrogen - along with polyunsaturated fats contribute significantly to the degenerative changes that occur with aging.

Also, exposure to chemicals that mimic estrogen such as plastics, pesticides, and herbicides can create estrogen dominance.

Stay away from commercially raised fruits and vegetables!

Be aware that commercially raised cattle, fish, and poultry are usually fed estrogen-like hormones and anti-biotics that are passed on to the humans that consume these foods.

And synthetic estrogens from birth control pills and hormone replacement therapies somehow find their way into our food supply.

  • Depending on where you live, you may actually be bathing in a continuous "sea of estrogens".

It should also be noted that increasing your fat consumption (especially with the ketogenic diet) could increase your estrogen levels.

A lot of estrogen-like substances are fat soluble and will not break down (non-biodegradable). So, be careful of the quality of fats that you are choosing to consume.

Adrenal Burnout

Over time, your body simply cannot compensate for this "out of control" hormonal instability and you will start to burnout.

Basically, your adrenals will become underactive which then creates a fatigue that is not relieved by rest or sleep.

If you are always craving salt, sugar, and caffeine - this is an indication that your adrenal glands are no longer up to par.

Adrenal Fatigue or Burnout Symptoms:

  • Low Hormone Levels
  • Trouble Waking Up (you need coffee to get going)
  • Poor Appetite
  • Allergies
  • You Eat like a Toddler
  • Reduced Production of Gastric Juices & Digestive Hormones (which creates mineral and other nutrient deficiencies)
  • Fatigue and Low Stamina
  • Poor Recovery from Exercise
  • Loss of Interest in Friends or Family
  • Loss of Interest in Work
  • Headaches
  • Aches & Pains
  • Inflammation
  • Dry Skin & Hair Loss
  • Osteoporosis & Bone Loss
  • Mood Swings
  • Dizziness
  • Depression & Anxiety
  • Low Body Temperature & Low Blood Pressure
  • Low Blood Sugar
  • Inability to Tolerate High-Carb/Potassium Rich Foods (unless paired with fat and protein)
  • Thyroid Imbalances
  • Trouble Sleeping
  • Has to Wear Sunglasses
  • Erectile Dysfunction & Low Libido
  • Very Thin & Muscled
  • Or Obese

If you feel that you are indeed experiencing adrenal fatigue or burnout, you may want to make sure to correct the things that caused your adrenal glands to stop functioning the way they should.

Causes of Adrenal Burnout:

  • Too Much Stress or Drama (Physical or Emotional)
  • Too Much Sugar
  • Nutritional Depletion or Malnutrition
  • Too Much Cooked Foods
  • Bad Food Combining (digestive stress)
  • Low Fat & Highly Processed Foods
  • GMO Foods
  • Trans Fats
  • Micro-flora Imbalance
  • Chemical & Heavy Metal Toxicity
  • Inability to Detox Poisons from Body
  • Drug & Alcohol Abuse
  • Prescription Drugs
  • Sexual Abuse
  • Too Much Caffeine from Coffee, Soda, etc.
  • A Diet Chronically High in Potassium or Sodium
  • Excessive Stimulation from Cell Phones, Computers, T.V., Facebook, etc.
  • Creating a Fear Based Lifestyle
  • Oppressive Political & Economic Systems
  • Working or Exercising Too Much
  • Facing Financial Hardship
  • Pregnancy & Raising Children
  • Bad Relationships or Loss of Loved Ones
  • Too Much Noise from Music, etc.
  • Polluted Environments
  • Not enough Sleep or Relaxation

For those of you in the later stages of adrenal burnout, some of the more "yin" detoxification programs such as fasting and raw vegan protocols can be extremely dangerous.

You see, your elimination organs are compromised during adrenal burnout and harmful toxins that are released can become redeposited into vital organs like your brain.

A more complete program which nourishes your body and also aids with the elimination of harmful toxins is the much better route to take.

  • Lately, my body seems to do better on more raw foods and less cooked. I'm starting to lean towards a more paleo/primal raw food diet that does include raw dairy, raw meats & seafood, raw eggs, raw honey, raw fruits, raw vegetable juices, and raw nuts & seeds (properly soaked).
  • I'm re-introducing organic raw honey back into my diet because I found out that it has a very different affect than other sugars or carbs. It may be the ideal sugar to supply liver glycogen stores.
  • You see when you inadequately feed your body, it stimulates the use of glycogen or the sugar stored in your liver.

    And once this glycogen is depleted - your tissues are broken down for more energy. This does not apply to a Ketogenic diet that relies on fat for fuel instead of glycogen.

Because adrenal burnout is a lack of hormones, you'll actually have to eat cholesterol containing foods to build up your hormone levels again.

And no, you won't get that in plant foods!

You see when you eat more nutrient dense foods that give your body what it needs and when you eat the foods that work for your body's current digestive state - your adrenal glands won't be over-worked.

So You Won't Be Fooled Again

Because there is so much talk these days about ascension and ETs - I thought it would be imperative to bring up these confusing topics.

So once again, I will feature the work of Dolores Cannon because her research came from thousands of clients that were regressed to such a deep level - where their conscious mind could not interfere with the information.

As Dolores mentioned - Earth is the only planet in this Universe that has free will.

Therefore, you are being given the choice to "ascend" with the New Earth or stay with the Old one.

Again, this is your choice to make. And if you want to "ascend", you will have to get off the "Wheel of Karma".

This can be done by forgiving those who have hurt you and forgiving yourself as well.

It can also mean doing what feels right in your heart and creating a better life.

For this is the most exciting time to be on Earth because we are in the midst of the Earth making a shift to a higher vibration or dimension (5D).

Which means that you will have to change your vibration as well - if you want to "make the shift".

Keeping a positive and loving attitude is what will be required as well as getting rid of negativity and fear. Remember your emotions are very powerful!!!

Fear is a paralysing emotion and has a very low vibration. It can also keep you running faster and faster on the "Wheel of Karma".

BTW, raising your vibration through diet will not require becoming a vegan or even a vegetarian.

Through her regressions, Dolores was given this basic dietary advice which has never really changed.

  • You should be eating organic foods or "clean foods" free from harmful chemicals.
  • Eat live foods like raw fruits and vegetables.
  • Also, eating in a way that does not weigh you down will be imperative. Dolores suggested fish and chicken over the heavier meats.
  • This does not mean that you cannot eat red meats. However, organic or grass fed meats is the way to go to avoid harmful hormones and toxins.
  • She also warned to watch your sugar intake and to drink lots of water.

In other words, it will not be necessary to suffer needlessly or go through incredible hardships.

The "Real" X Files

The latest episodes of the X-Files was in a way a type of disclosure that actually gave you some "real intel".

The real information was based on who may actually be responsible for doing a lot of the UFO abductions that have been unjustly blamed on the ETs.

It appears that an agenda was planned as far back as 1953 to create the "illusion" of an Alien threat to the world.

And as Mulder would say, "The truth is still out there".

The truth is that we are not alone and lots of people have made contact with an actual ET.

And I think it's important to bring this up - Earth is under the Star Trek Law or the Law of Non-interference.

Which means that once a civilization has started to develop, "they" cannot interfere with its development - unless we decide to completely destroy the earth or break universal laws.

Which also means, that no ET race from Draco or anywhere else can interfere with our free will.

The Knights Templar

I think that the Knights Templar were victims of yet another smear campaign which is very similar to other benevolent groups.

Unfortunately, so much knowledge from the past has been buried or hidden making it very hard to figure it all out.

It appears that the Knights Templar were very connected to the Ark of the Covenant story and interestingly enough Qumran was mentioned in Dolores Cannon's books (the ones that contain regressed information about Jesus) which connects him to Qumran.

I also read in one of her books, a story about a man who appeared to be a Knights Templar awaiting his fate from the psychopaths.
