Primal Energy

Primal means first or original, so primal energy will correspond to the original "forces" that generate "true" energy and power. Which would be microbes and enzymes.

I will attempt to explain the role of these two forces and how to best utilize them for a much healthier existence.

This newsletter is dedicated to the primary teacher of Primal Energy and the Founder of the Primal Diet - The Late and Great Aajonus Vonderplanitz.

He dedicated his life to advancing knowledge that was so controversial and dangerous to the "Agenda" that his work needed to be kept on the down-low.

I miss this Great Man and His Wisdom. What's that saying - You Don't Know What You've Got till it's Gone!

Enzymes - The Spark of Life

Enzymes are what give your body the "electricity" it needs to function. They digest your food and create energy among other very important jobs that go on daily.

Enzymes are proteins that are involved in every chemical reaction that goes on in your body. Without these catalysts - vitamins, minerals, and hormones could not do their work.

Basically, there would be no activity that would take place in your body!

And without "enough" enzymes, chemical reactions in your body could take many years to complete. It would be like buying some Dinar and waiting for it to revalue - it could take a decade or longer - LOL.

There are thousands of different enzymes in the human body and the absence of enzymes is what causes numerous problems and/or diseases.

A Few Symptoms of Digestive Enzyme Deficiency:

  • Pale-colored Stools
  • Foul-smelling Stools
  • Abdominal Pain
  • Gas and Bloating
  • Constipation
  • Muscle Cramps
  • Heartburn
  • Food Allergies

Studies have shown that raw food is easier to digest and healthier than cooked food because it still contains its enzymes.

However, raw food today isn't as full of natural enzymes because of mineral depletion in our soils - especially plant foods which have to sacrifice their enzymes to try to replenish the soil.

This is why raw animal foods and seafood have more power than plant foods because they contain more useful protein along with enzymes.

Your body needs protein to build and repair tissues. You also need protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals.

It's true that your body can produce its own enzymes, but over time your body most likely will become depleted due to stress, a poor diet, and aging.

To counter the depletion of enzymes in our bodies, we need to ingest more enzymes from the foods that we consume.

Enzyme Rich Foods

Meats & Seafood: Raw Fish, Raw Oysters, Caviar, Raw Meats, Raw Liver, Raw Eggs

Dairy: Raw Butter, Raw Milk, Yogurt, Kefir, Other Cultured Dairy Products

Vegetables: Raw Vegetable Juices, Fresh Picked Organic Vegetables, Raw Sauerkraut, Raw Kimchee, Lacto Fermented Vegetables

Fruits: Raw Avocado, Fresh Figs, Dates, Non-GMO Papaya, Fresh Pineapple, Fresh Mango, Raw Chutney, Apple Cider Vinegar

Misc.: Natto, Traditional Soy Sauce, Tempeh, Raw Honey, Bee Pollen, Wheatgrass Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (cold-pressed), Raw Germinated Nuts & Seeds, Aloe Vera, Sprouted Grains, Raw Coconut Cream

Enzyme Inhibitors and Deactivators

Enzyme inhibitors are substances that decrease enzyme activity.

BTW, Many drugs and poisons are enzyme inhibitors. Fluoride is an enzyme inhibitor which leads to bone and tooth loss "ironically".

Phytic acid is a notorious enzyme inhibitor found in whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

Enzyme inhibitors like phytic acid take on the shape or structure of the real enzymes and compete to take hold of the mineral ions or atoms.

Then, rather then carry them into our bloodstream where needed - they are carried out of our bodies as waste.

Many plant foods also contain protein or protease inhibitors which prevent enzymes from digesting proteins - which burdens your pancreas tremendously.

Contain Numerous Enzyme Inhibitors:

  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Grains
  • Legumes

These foods will not break down into their simplest form during digestion when protein inhibitors are present.

And unless, you deactivate them - this can create more strain on your digestive system - even more so than cooked foods that contain no enzymes.

Foods that contain enzyme inhibitors can neutralize some of the enzymes that your body produces.

It's important to note that people and animals on a diet comprised mainly of cooked foods (which also burdens your pancreas) will probably have an enlarged pancreas while other organs may shrink!

Ways to Destroy Enzyme Inhibitors:

  • Cooking
  • Soaking in Warm Acidic Water
  • Sprouting
  • Sour Leavening, Culturing or Fermenting

Some plant foods will require a few of these processes to remove really stubborn enzyme inhibitors. However, cooking may break down an adequate amount of these inhibitors - unfortunately denaturing enzymes as well.

Enzymes can be deactivated by denaturing which unfolds its shape. This causes a problem because both the enzyme and the substrate possess specific complimentary geometric shapes that fit exactly into one another.

Enzymes can be unfolded and deactivated by heating or chemical denaturants - which disrupt the 3D structure of the enzyme.

Heating of foods to this temperature permanently destroys its enzymes - all enzymes are deactivated at a temperature of approximately 150 degrees F.

Alcohol is an enzyme inhibitor because it is a solvent and solvents dissolve enzymes. BTW, water is also considered a solvent according to Aajonus and disrupts the activity of enzymes.

Also enzymes are deactivated at a certain pH range - which depends on the individual enzyme. That is why being too acidic or too alkaline does a body no good.

Aajonus has also stated that enzymes require moisture to be bio-available. He did not approve of dehydrated or dried foods as they will be too "hard" to digest.

If your body can't break foods down properly because it lacks bio-available enzymes or because of enzyme inhibitors, particles of undigested food will sit in your stomach and possibly enter into your bloodstream.

So......whatever you don't digest will then become a burden or poison to your body.

Bottom Line: You must have adequate amounts of enzymes in your diet to increase your life potential and you must avoid or neutralize enzyme inhibitors or deactivators.

Meal Tips to Increase Enzymes

  • Drink Raw Milk
  • Eat Sushi
  • Go to a French Restaurant and try Steak Tartare
  • Make some Tuna Tartare or Sashimi
  • Eat a Traditional Caesar Salad
  • Spread on Raw Butter for a Change
  • Come to Hawaii and Eat Poke
  • Try the Many Types of Seafood Ceviches
  • Order a Rare Steak
  • Eat some Caviar
  • Drink Kombucha or Lacto Fermented Drinks
  • Eat Kimchee or Sauerkraut (both raw)
  • Use Raw Honey instead of Processed Jelly
  • Make Ice Creams made with Raw Egg Yolks and Raw Cream
  • Whip up your own Mayonnaise with Raw Egg Yolks and Cold-Pressed Virgin Oils
  • Make Fresh Vegetable Juices with No Fiber
  • Soak all Nuts and Seeds
  • Sprout your Grains
  • Make your own Salad Dressings using Raw or Fermented Ingredients
  • Use Freshly made Pesto as a Topping
  • Have a Caprese Salad with Raw Goat Cheese
  • Discover the Art of Fermentation
  • Eat Raw Foods

Catalase - A Work Horse

Catalase like other enzymes is a protein. Catalase is a common enzyme found in nearly all living organisms exposed to oxygen such as animals, raw fruits, raw vegetables, and aerobic bacteria.

Catalase Rich Foods

  • Beef Liver and Other Organs
  • Spinach, Carrots, Potatoes, Leeks, Onions, Broccoli, Parsnips, Radishes, Red Cabbage, Celery, Kale, Red Peppers
  • Apples, Cucumbers, Zucchini, Apricots, Cherries, Kiwi, Peaches, Watermelon, Pineapple, Bananas
  • Wheatgrass
  • Raw Milk

Catalase is also found in fungi. Aerobic microorganisms use catalase so therefore, beneficial bacteria contain catalase.

Some other catalase positive bacteria are Listeria, E-Coli, Salmonella, and Staphylococci. These bacteria are not the evil doers that most people think they are.

Each enzyme performs a specific function or job. The function of catalase is to convert potentially harmful by-products such as hydrogen peroxide into usable elements.

Most of the production of Hydrogen Peroxide is created during the production of ATP in the mitochondria of our cells.

Catalase breaks down hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen which are both harmless and useful to the body.

Catalase also uses hydrogen peroxide to oxidize toxins such as formaldehyde and alcohol.

Catalase has one of the highest turnover numbers of all enzymes and can convert millions of molecules of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen in seconds.

Catalase and its rate of activity are affected by many factors which include temperature, pH, salt concentration, amount of substrate, and presence of inhibitors or activators.

Catalase works at an optimum temperature of 96.8 F to 102.2 F and catalase seems to work in a fairly broad pH range of 6 to 8. However, 7 would be the ideal pH for catalase.

BTW, too much salt will destroy any enzyme including catalase.

Cyanide is a deadly poison that operates by inhibiting catalase. Cyanide is a competitive inhibitor of this enzyme and strongly binds to the heme or iron of catalase thus stopping the enzyme's action.

Detergents and solvents like alcohol, etc. can also have the same effect.

Also, heavy metal ions can act as a non-competitive inhibitor of catalase by changing its shape.

Many enzymes catalyze reactions without help, but some require an additional non-protein component called a co-factor as well as co-enzymes.

Catalase is a Heme or Iron containing antioxidant enzyme.

Iron Man

Catalase is an iron-containing enzyme present in our cells.

Iron is like that "Cell" in the middle of Iron Man's Robotic Suit - it's gotta be there or there will be no power!

When you are iron deficient, the iron level of catalase in your body will drop - even before the drop in iron that's in the level of your hemoglobin.

In other words, an iron deficiency can lead to a catalase deficiency. I wonder if that is why "they" are now going after cattle ranchers - hmmm.

Signs of Catalase Deficiency

  • Mouth Ulcers
  • Oral Infections
  • Painful Gum Sores
  • Tooth Loss
  • Trouble Metabolizing Fats & Carbs

Being iron deficient will rob your body of catalase which is an invaluable intracellular detoxifier. Which will result in substances like hydrogen peroxide building up in your body.

According to Aajonus, an iron problem can develop when eating a lot of cooked meat because much of the iron is rendered as a "free radical" as a direct result of the cooking process.

Also, according to Aajonus, "free radical" iron can bind with bio-active iron and cause a bio-active iron deficiency.

Bio-active Iron Deficiency Symptoms:

  • Inability to Concentrate
  • Pins & Needles in Fingers & Toes
  • Tiredness & Fatigue
  • Lack of Stamina
  • Dim Vision
  • Headaches or Dizziness
  • Fast Pulse Rate
  • Decreased Appetite or Indigestion
  • Generalized Itching
  • Brittle & Dull Hair
  • Unable to Sleep Soundly
  • Abnormal Menstruation
  • Cold Hands & Feet

BTW, "free radical" iron is known to rust in your body and create many other blood problems.

Our bodies will try to discard contaminated "free radical" iron and a high iron level will show up in our blood, feces, etc.

Aajonus was a promoter of eating raw meats and has stated that eating raw meat could help our bodies detoxify from toxic iron deposits, but will not cause toxic iron build-up.

Iron Rich Foods

Meats: Liver (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb), Beef, Bison, Lamb, Egg Yolks

Seafood: Clams, Oysters, Mussels, Yellow Fin Tuna

Fruits: Olives, Figs, Apricots, Tamarind, Raisins, Prunes

Vegetables: Dark Leafy Greens

Grains: Oats, Whole Wheat

Legumes: Soybeans, Cashews, Peanuts

Seeds: Pumpkin Seeds

Misc.: Chocolate Nibs, Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Powder, Black Maca Root

Blocks Iron Absorption: Red Wine (tannins), Coffee (tannins), Tea (tannins), Spinach (oxalic acid), Chard (oxalic acid), Chocolate (oxalic acid), Whole Grains (phytic acid), Nuts & Seeds (phytic acid), Dairy (calcium), Vegan Diets (no heme iron) and High Fiber Diets (blocks iron absorption).

Increases Iron Absorption: Do not Overcook Meats or Seafood (bio-available heme iron), White Wine (no tannins), Eat Calcium Rich Foods Separately (mineral competition) and Soaking, Sprouting, & Fermenting Plant Foods (deactivates mineral inhibitors).

When You Eat A Lot of Cooked Foods....

Your body will produce a lot of white blood cells when you eat a lot of cooked foods.

White blood cells produce very large amounts of superoxide (more toxic than hydrogen peroxide) along with hydrogen peroxide along with hypochlorous acid (basically bleach) to kill germs.

The enzyme SOD or Superoxide Dismutase converts superoxide "radicals" into hydrogen peroxide which is converted into water by the enzymes catalase or glutathione peroxidase.

Catalase works closely with these two antioxidants - Glutathione and Superoxide Dismutase. They are all very important to anti-aging.

Again, as a summary.....

Superoxide Dismutase or SOD will convert the superoxide "radicals" into oxygen and hydrogen peroxide.

Glutathione Peroxidase will then reduce hydrogen peroxide into water.

Catalase is also one of the main enzymes used by our cells to rapidly decompose hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water molecules.

Signs of Hydrogen Peroxide Toxicity:

  • Abdominal Cramping or Pain
  • Swelling in Stomach
  • Burning Eyes
  • Body Aches
  • Vomiting
  • Burning Sensation in Mouth & Throat
  • Difficulty Breathing
  • White Color to Skin
  • Gray Hair

One of the "Aging" signs that your body contains too much hydrogen peroxide is that you will have gray hair because hydrogen peroxide bleaches your hair from the inside out.

Hydrogen peroxide prevents the synthesis of hair color and it also causes hair follicle deterioration or baldness.

You see as we age our hydrogen peroxide attacking enzymes like catalase and glutathione decreases. Thus, hydrogen peroxide builds up around hair follicles which results in gray hair.

Hydrogen peroxide is toxic to living cells. Without catalase or glutathione peroxidase to increase the rate of reactions - hydrogen peroxide would remain and damage your cells.

BTW, Carbonated waters are "antibacterial" by virtue of being a type of hydrogen peroxide.

Is Virus a Catalase Deficiency?

The real question is - What does your body have to resort to when it runs out of detoxifying enzymes like catalase?

Well it looks like your cells will have to create a virus.

According to Aajonus, viruses are solvents or soaps made by your cells. These "soaps" dissolve toxic tissue and compounds in and around your cells.

Basically he said, they are like Tide soap and are created by your cells to clean them when other means fail.

According to Aajonus, viruses are not alive and cannot replicate like we are being "sold". According to him, viruses cannot reproduce or duplicate themselves - it is impossible.

Which means you cannot get Herpes, etc. from another person, but you can get herpes if you are taking Prescription Pain Meds that come with a lot of Metallic Poisons!!

According to Aajonus, cells produce all viruses in an effort to cleanse themselves of their chemically poisoned cellular tissues.

He has also stated that enzymes are protein structures that are not alive, so viruses are no more harmful than enzymes unless man made such as those found in flu shots.

He said, the only way humans can get another species flu (Swine, etc.) is if it is injected into them - which is why he may have been "silenced".

Microbes - Friend or Foe?

According to Aajonus, the theory that microbes cause disease is one of the greatest lies of our "advanced" society.

For example: Digestive microbes like E-coli are part of the digestion process according to Aajonus. He said that proper and efficient digestion occurs in no other way!

According to Aajonus, 10 to 20% of digestion is enzymatic or related to digestion juices and the rest of digestion is 80 to 90% bacterial.

You see after food is broken down into smaller particles - microbes which include bacteria and parasites then eat these food particles - which then creates nutrients for our bodies like essential B vitamins.

Aajonus said that E-coli is responsible for the final stages of digestion. According to him, many people suffer depression from a low population of bowel microbes.

He stressed that microbes are never the cause of diarrhea or vomiting as these are more related to detoxification of toxins.

Therefore, eating raw foods that come with all of their "natural" criteria supplies us with much needed beneficial bacteria for digestion.

Food additives, pesticides, herbicides, carbonated beverages, and medications will all destroy beneficial intestinal microbes.

And then your body will have to make up for this by producing more digestive enzymes and digestive juices.

When do Microbes turn into a Foe?

Bacteria mutate and become diseased when they eat cooked foods according to Aajonus.

The following foods will give your body and beneficial bacteria a very difficult time - fried, pasteurized, barbequed, roasted, and over-processed foods.

Furthermore, Aajonus said that all bacterial food epidemics were from cooked foods not raw. Talk about "cooking the books".

Aajonus has also stated that people do not get sick from staph, etc. and 99% of medical information is wrong!!!

You see microbes will attack sick and dying cells because they are the clean up crew.

He said that in an injury staph may colonize to consume massive damaged cells - then our bodies only have to neutralize and discard the staph waste.

The real problem is the injury and how toxic the wound may be. Also, whether you have the nutrients to properly cleanse the area of tissue damage and the waste of staph.

Unless an injured person eats correctly, these microbes may linger for years trying to do their job.

And if you bath with poisonous soaps and fluoridated water - you will not have many colonies of helpful microbes.

Also, taking antibiotics may just stop the detoxification of stored industrial chemicals, but does not remedy the problem.

It looks like Aajonus was compiling a lot of information to back his statements, but he had an unfortunate "accident" before he could write his third book.

So the bottom line according to Aajonus - There are no "Natural" microbes that cause disease. However, dysfunctional bacteria or man made bacteria - Now That's a Problem!

The Catalyst of the Great Pyramid

As far as I can tell its got to be the Arc of the Covenant. Otherwise, why would it be featured in so many movies?? People are searching high and low for this mysterious object which holds a great power.

The Electric Light Company of God??

It appears that the Arc is a mysterious biblical piece of ancient technology and maybe one day we'll understand its electrical powers.

The Great Pyramid seems to be an ancient energy device that probably housed this technology at one time in history and the Arc was probably the catalyst for producing ancient electricity.

It also appears to be missing some key pieces such as what use to be on top of the pyramid.

Was this the "primal" energy source for the Egyptians and others?? And by others, I mean the Atlanteans.
