Homemade candy recipes can also be easy chocolate recipes that only require a few key ingredients like raw chocolate, a raw sweetener, and some type of raw fat.

You can make raw chocolate bars or any shape you desire by using a candy mold.  Easy chocolate recipes just start with basic ingredients, but then you can add in your own special touch or signature to make these homemade candy recipes your very own creation.

Homemade candy recipes can be made with sprouted nuts to give your raw chocolates that much desired crunch or you can play around with medicinal herbs to add a unique experience to your chocolates.  Using raw cacao butter as the base of your chocolates will give your raw chocolates that rich creamy taste and texture.

Easy Chocolate Recipes


  • 1/2 cup Melted Raw Organic Cacao Butter
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp. Organic Fermented Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. Organic Raw Honey
  • 1 Fresh Scrapped Organic Vanilla Bean


  1. Melt your fat slowly using a bain-marie.  Then mix in the other ingredients until a thick texture is reached.
  2. Pour into a mold and freeze until hardened - then remove from the mold.  Store in the fridge or consume.

It's fun to make homemade chocolate recipes and put them into molds to create fancier chocolate treats.

Think of all the different kinds of nuts and dried fruit that you could use to spice up your raw chocolates. 

Chocolate Tips:  You could also replace the melted cacao butter with raw grass fed butter.  You would probably use a little less than 1/2 cup in this recipe or use more dry ingredients to create a firmer chocolate.

Play around with different types of fat and different fat combinations.  For example, sprouted raw nut butters and cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil may be a good combination.  Or try mixing raw nut butters with raw grass fed butters to get a different effect from your easy chocolate recipes.

Medicinal Homemade Candy Recipes


  • 1/2 cup Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup Raw Organic Cacao Butter (melted)
  • 9 to 12 Tbsp. Fermented Raw Cacao Powder
  • 3 Tbsp. Organic Raw Honey
  • Pinch of Medicinal Organic Herbs (Reishi, Shilajit, etc.)
  • Optional:  Few Drops Liquid Organic Stevia
  • Optional:  Pinch of Sea Salt, Celtic Sea Salt, or Pink Salt

Optional Flavors:

  • Ground Vanilla Bean
  • Mint
  • Ceylon Cinnamon

You can turn your easy chocolate recipes into a medicinal treat to give your body very important and necessary minerals.


  1. Whisk ingredients into melted fats until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. Pour chocolate into attractive molds and add in dried cherries, dried mango, or sprouted nuts if you desire.
  3. Freeze or refrigerate until hardened.  Store chocolates in your refrigerator.

What is Raw Cacao Butter?

Raw cacao butter is made by cold-pressing cacao nibs which separates the creamy butter from the fibrous cacao powder.  Raw cacao butter is the fat that naturally occurs in cacao beans.

Cacao butter contains a decent amount of saturated fat, but its saturated fat does not seem to raise bad cholesterol levels.  And cacao butter will give your chocolates the ability to hold their shape - even at room temperature.

When purchasing raw cacao butter for your homemade candy recipes, look for cacao butter that is free of harsh chemicals and low temperature processed which spares its valuable nutrients.
