Seriously, I think that eating a lot of improperly prepared grains can have a very negative affect on libidos.

Especially grains that have been subjected to unethical food processing that have nothing left in them as far as nutrition is concerned. 

And there could be a lot of food toxins such as acrylamides found in these processed foods.

Also, I would avoid consuming factory farmed animal foods. 

These animals are subjected to many unsustainable farming practices will lead to hormonal problems for those who consume these foods.

Some Tips

Switch to pasture raised animal foods.  Look for 100% grass fed meats, cheese, butter, cream, and milk.

We all need to change some of our food habits, and a good start is looking for better libido foods at your local "sustainable" farmer's markets.

Make your salads using arugula instead of ordinary lettuce and add some avocado along with basil.

Think about making the most delicious desserts with good quality chocolate and spice it up with some real vanilla beans.

Try some oysters as they are great libido foods. 

You can lightly steam them to get more or less the same effect as raw oysters. And make a great hot sauce with chilies - you will be feeling just fine!
