It's time for a change in the raw food world!
The raw vegan diet and the primal diet are powerful diets, but both seem to be a little too extreme for most people.
However, the most informed people know that "live" raw foods give your body the most nutrition.
That's because of the life giving enzymes and valuable nutrients that are found naturally in raw foods.
Therefore, it only makes sense to eat as many raw foods as possible. It also makes sense to create a raw food menu that most people could enjoy.
I think it's time for a new raw diet paradigm and raw food diet recipes that meet certain criteria in order to be more balanced.

You Decide What is Best for You!
You get to decide how much plant, animal, and seafood you will consume with the Oneness raw food diet recipes.
And I think it's important to include all 3 kingdoms in your diet to create the right balance of nutrients.
There are many "rawish" or raw food choices you will find at restaurants, health food stores, etc. that you can consume. Cultural foods like sushi will make this much more enjoyable and sustainable!
You also get to choose the combination of macro-nutrients (protein, fats, and carbs) that works best for your metabolism.
Keep in mind that this is primarily a low glycemic raw food diet, but just do the best you can. The Oneness raw food diet recipes should be used as a guideline to help you stay in balance.
Also, lightly steaming and lightly cooking a small percentage of your foods is acceptable with these raw food diet recipes.
Raw Food Disclaimer
Raw foods come with properties that are generally missing from cooked foods such as enzymes, glutathione, probiotics, and EZ water.
Also, bio-available nutrients like vitamins and minerals come with raw foods.
And you want to choose the best quality raw foods for the Oneness raw diet
recipes such as 100% grass fed animal foods, wild caught seafood, and
organic plant foods.
However, if you have a compromised digestive tract, you may want to go on something like the GAPS
To heal your digestive tract before introducing raw foods from
the animal or seafood kingdoms into your diet.
Or start with
high quality pastured raw eggs and 100% grass fed raw dairy (until you get stronger) before
consuming raw meats or raw fish.
Also, be very careful of consuming too many anti-nutrients like oxalates or "salt" on this raw food diet.
Tools for the Oneness Raw Food Diet Recipes
In my opinion the Greenstar juicer is one of the best all around
juicers on the market.
You'll be able to make high quality vegetable juice, nut butters, and a good amount of raw coconut cream with this machine or its updated version.
A food processor and/or a good blender are a must for some of the Oneness raw food diet recipes.
Also, having an ice cream machine, yogurt maker, dehydrator, and a
fermenting crock will help you to make your Oneness raw food diet recipes.
These are just some of the fun tools that I recommend for this raw food
diet. It makes it a lot easier and you can be a lot more creative when
you have the right tools.
